Finished my first oil painting in about a year!
Working on a painting! Finally got to break out my oil paints again.
Tracey and Lisa got really excited when I mentioned drawing them as superheroes, so I did!
Lisa , or “Vox”, can control the Earth, specifically plants and vines. Tracey, or “Saturn”, is a telepath and a martial arts master. I’d be telekinetic, and I didn’t come up with a fancy name.
This started off with an idea for a Looking for Alaska cover. It didn’t end up that way.
My original idea didn’t pan out, so I started to play with color and I like what turned out. Gonna try the first idea later, but thought I’d share this in the mean time.
